Adlyticx (“Adlyticx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Adlyticx application (“Service”).
We built Adlyticx with privacy as a first principle. We collect the minimum amount of data we need to provide useful analytics, we encrypt that data both in transit and at rest, we never sell or share it, and we make it trivially easy for you to delete it at any time.
By using Adlyticx, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Meta's Platform Terms.

We collect only what we need to give you accurate, useful Meta ads analytics. We never request permissions beyond what is strictly necessary, and you can review every permission Adlyticx has been granted directly inside your Facebook account settings.

How we use your data
Your data exists in Adlyticx for one purpose: to power the analytics dashboards, alerts and reports that help your team make better decisions about Meta ads. Below is the complete list of things we do (and a clear list of things we will never do).
We use your data to:
- Provide consolidated analytics dashboards across multiple Meta accounts
- Display performance metrics, trends, and comparisons
- Enable account-level and campaign-level reporting
- Maintain, operate, and improve the Adlyticx Service
- Communicate service-related updates
We never use your data for:
- Advertising targeting or remarketing
- Data resale or sharing with third parties
- Profiling outside of analytics reporting
- Training third-party AI models
Data sharing & security
We do not sell, share, or resell your data with anyone. Ever.
Your Meta ads data is for your eyes (and your team's eyes) only. We treat security as a continuous practice — patching dependencies, monitoring systems, and rotating secrets — not a checkbox we ticked once at launch.
Your data is protected with:
- Secure server infrastructure and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS / TLS 1.2+)
- Encrypted access tokens stored at rest in our database
- Restricted access controls and regular system monitoring
- Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards
- Routine security patching of our infrastructure and dependencies
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse — and we'll notify you promptly in the unlikely event of an incident affecting your data.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your data at any time. We'd hate to see you go, but we believe in giving you complete control over the data that belongs to you.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Adlyticx Service
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
- Maintain system integrity and security
Request data deletion
You can delete all your data anytime by emailing us. We'll confirm your identity, kick off the deletion job, and follow up once everything has been cleared.
