These terms govern your use of Adlyticx — the multi-account Meta ads analytics dashboard for agencies and brands. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Adlyticx (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We've tried to keep these terms readable and fair — there's no fine print or surprise gotchas.
Adlyticx is a software platform that provides consolidated analytics and reporting for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising accounts. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. What Adlyticx does
Adlyticx exists to give performance marketers a single source of truth for every Meta ad account they manage. Here's what you're signing up for:
Adlyticx allows you to:
- Connect Meta ad accounts via Facebook Login (OAuth 2.0)
- View consolidated performance metrics (spend, ROAS, leads, CPR, and more)
- Analyse campaign and account-level advertising data in real time
- Generate professional reports and export insights for clients and stakeholders
- Configure custom KPI targets and Slack/email alert rules
Important: Adlyticx does not place ads, manage campaigns, or make any changes to your Meta ad accounts. We are a read-only analytics layer.
3. Who can use Adlyticx
Adlyticx is intended for use by professionals running Meta ads — agencies, brands, and freelance media buyers. To use the Service:
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to access and connect the Meta ad accounts you authorise
- Ensure your use complies with Meta's terms and applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate registration information
4. Account access & security
Account access and security are a shared responsibility. We take care of the platform; you take care of your credentials. Here's who is responsible for what.
By connecting your Meta account, you:
- Authorise Adlyticx to access data permitted via Meta APIs
- Grant us permission to read analytics data only
- Understand that we never modify your ad accounts or settings
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- Revoking Adlyticx access through Facebook settings anytime you choose
- Monitoring account activity and reporting unauthorised access
- Keeping your team member roster up to date
5. Acceptable use
We trust our users to behave responsibly. The list below is the short list of things that will get your account suspended.
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to access, interfere with, or damage the Service or its systems
- Violate Meta's Platform Terms or Developer Policies
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
- Resell, transfer, or share access to Adlyticx with unauthorised parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorisation
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws
6. Limitation of liability
The legal language below is what every SaaS terms document needs. Skim it, then move on.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Adlyticx is provided “as is”
We make no warranties regarding the Service's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for Meta API changes
If Meta changes their API, we may not immediately reflect those changes in Adlyticx. We'll communicate disruptions as soon as we know about them.
7. Data & intellectual property
Your data is yours. Our software is ours. Below is the breakdown of who owns what.
Your data rights:
- You retain all rights to your Meta ad account data
- You can delete your data from Adlyticx anytime
- We only use your data to provide analytics services
Our intellectual property:
- Adlyticx software, design, and content are our property
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission
8. Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Adlyticx if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or breach Meta's policies. You can also walk away at any time — no contracts to cancel, no exit fees.
You can terminate anytime by:
- Disconnecting your Meta account from Adlyticx
- Revoking access through your Facebook settings
- Emailing us to request account deletion
9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and we may email registered users about significant updates.
Your continued use of Adlyticx after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, you can disconnect your account at any time.
10. Meta compliance & third parties
Because Adlyticx integrates with Meta's APIs, we operate within the rules Meta sets for developers — and we hold ourselves to those standards.
Adlyticx complies with:
- Meta Platform Terms & Policies
- Meta Developer Policies & Requirements
- All applicable data protection & privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)
Important:Adlyticx is independent and not affiliated with Meta. Your use of the Meta APIs is governed by Meta's Platform Terms.
